A Toastmaster needs to cross a lot of milestones in order to become a Distinguished Toastmaster. Serving as a Club Coach is another such milestone. Join us this Wednesday, July 17th at 6:30 PM HST on Zoom to learn about this role and get a step closer to becoming a Distinguished Toastmaster.
Toastmasters District 49 is proud to announce that DTM Gloria Shishido, Past International Director of Region 2 shall be leading the training. She has been a Toastmaster for 25 years. She is a member of several clubs and holds several club officer’s positions. She has completed her Distinguished Toastmaster (DTM) in Pathways Learning Program three times and her goal is to complete all 11 Paths. She was a Pathways Guide in 2017 when Pathways was launched in District 49.
She is the Club Engagement and Retention Chair 2024-2025 overseeing the District’s Club Coach Program. As a Club Coach herself, she finds this position both challenging and rewarding for the coached club. When you are a Club Coach, she will be training you as well as working closely with you in your journey as Club Coach.
