Club Officer Recognition and Installation at City and County of Honolulu

City and County of Honolulu Toastmasters Club met in the Council Chamber on the third floor of Honolulu Hale to celebrate start of the new Toastmasters year 2018-2019 and to install the new club officers. Among many guest was the freshly crowned 2018 Miss Hawaii Penelope Ng Pack who also delivered a specially prepared speech.
