Rose Kirland, DTM, PDD is a professional with 41 years career as a mortgage banker, formerly Vice President of The Kissell Company, a subsidiary of PNC financial. As a service in her advocacy against homelessness, Rose conducts homeownership educational workshops. Rose is a paid professional speaker /trainer in sales and marketing, communication, public relations, leadership, time management, social media proficiency, and success planning and has been a TEDx Speaker. A Toastmaster since 2010, Rose has held various leadership positions at the club and district levels. A past club President, District Director and in 2019-2020 term was Hawaii District 49, Public Relations Manager (PRM). She applied her over 41 years passion of public relations & her vision goals skills to help District 49 reach the visualized dream goal of Distinguished District.
