Laura is a speaking coach and trainer with an expertise in storytelling. She has been a member of Waimea Toastmasters since 2019 and of Laulima Advanced Toastmasters club since November, 2020. Laura has taken top honors in international speech contests, humorous speech festivals and storytelling competitions. She is also a co-host of The Backstory Podcast with Cain Kamano. Originally from New York, she now lives on the Big Island of Hawaii and relishes writing, solitude and nature.
“Be positive, be spontaneous and have fun,” was coined by Cain Kamano in his speech titled, “Three Life Lessons Inspired by Jason Baguio.”
